Terms
of sale.
These terms describe the ticket search, proposal and purchase process with Révéra Event. The specific characteristics of each ticket are set out in the individual proposal.
- 01You describe what you are looking for, without making a reservation or payment.
- 02Where possible, Révéra Event sends you a written proposal setting out the ticket found and its total price.
- 03The total price must be paid within seven days of the proposal, or within the period specified for an upcoming event. The order becomes binding when payment has been received in full.
- 04Ticket delivery arrangements are specified according to the event and the transfer platform used.
01 · Seller
Révéra Event is the business of Renaud Binet, a sole trader, 13 rue Maubert, 78690 Les Essarts-le-Roi, France. SIRET: 108 276 387 00017. Contact: [email protected] · 06 51 49 77 29. VAT treatment to be specified according to the transaction and the location of the event.
02 · Role of Révéra Event
Révéra Event purchases tickets in its own name from private individuals, then resells them to customers and invoices the total price. Révéra Event is not the event organiser. Any access, resale or transfer conditions specific to the ticket and organiser are communicated before the order where applicable.
03 · Request and proposal
A request submitted through the site, by email or by telephone is neither a reservation nor an order. Révéra Event reviews the criteria provided and may send a written proposal specifying the event, date, category and seating where known, any associated services, the total price payable and the delivery arrangements. No ticket or category is guaranteed before the order is confirmed.
04 · Price and order
The proposal states a single price per ticket, with no service fee added later. VAT treatment, where applicable, must be shown in accordance with the location and nature of the transaction. Payment is due within seven days of the proposal being sent. If the ticket is no longer available or its price changes before payment, Révéra Event sends a new proposal, which the customer is free to accept or decline. For an event taking place in less than seven days, the payment deadline is specified individually in the proposal. The order becomes binding after Révéra Event receives payment in full.
05 · Payment
The total order price is paid in full before the event. The invoice is sent by email. Available payment methods are bank transfer, cheque and cash, within applicable legal limits. Unreceived payment or a dishonoured cheque: procedure to be specified.
06 · Ticket delivery
Tickets are delivered through specialist transfer platforms or applications, depending on the event and ticket offered. The proposal or confirmation specifies the channel, format, any accounts required and relevant access information. Delivery timing and assistance if a transfer fails: to be specified.
07 · Cancellation and postponement
If the organiser cancels or postpones an event, the options for a refund, retention of the ticket or a change of date depend on the ticket and event. The conditions specific to the proposed ticket are communicated to the customer before ordering. The customer’s statutory rights in the event of non-performance or an invalid ticket remain applicable.
08 · Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal that applies to certain distance contracts does not apply to leisure activities supplied on a specific date or during a specific period under Article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code. The classification of any separate concierge service must be assessed separately before it is sold.
09 · Complaints and mediation
A written complaint may be sent to [email protected] or to 13 rue Maubert, 78690 Les Essarts-le-Roi. Membership of a consumer mediation scheme is pending; its details will be added after the certificate is received. See the Consumer mediation page.
10 · Data and applicable law
The data used to handle a request and an order are described in the privacy policy. These terms are subject to mandatory consumer protection rules and any rules specific to the event location.
