How do I submit a request?

Can I ask about an event that is not on the site?
Yes. You can contact us about a sporting or music event that is not shown here. The site presents types of events, not an inventory of available tickets.
Are tickets always available?
Options vary by event, date and category. They are specified in the proposal before you confirm.
What does a premium category include?
Services vary according to the offer available for the event. Seating and any included services are detailed in the proposal.
Who sells the tickets offered?
Révéra Event buys tickets in its own name from private individuals, then resells and invoices them to its customers. Révéra Event is not the event organiser. The features and conditions of the proposed ticket are specified before an order is placed.
How is the price presented?
The proposal states the price of the ticket found by Révéra Event. Any additional services depend on the offer associated with the event.
How are payment and ticket delivery handled?
The invoice is sent by email. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Tickets are delivered through specialist platforms.
